For instance, say 'Bob the builder' started working at a job... at age 33, till age 53... ...where he made $20,000 annually, as opposed to Jim the surgeon... who started making $400,000 annually, at age 38... for 15 consecutive years...

What are the implications, of these contrasting... income-based realities, in the context of the spirit, mind and body...?
